Shipping
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days or you are given a delivery date on purchasing the firewood
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, within seven days, please inform us by e-mail. All items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging to: –

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit. You can expect to receive a refund on your credit/debit card within Ten days of our receipt of the fully intact, unused goods. We will not be liable for any further delivery costs, whatever the reason where the purchaser fails to take delivery at the supplied delivery address.

I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my or my child’s activities with the above item(s).
